In one respect, there's no way to digitally produce through a step-by-step process what spontaneously occurs through the lens and processing of a lomography camera and film, but here's a good try using Photoshop since I don't have one of those funky plastic cameras:

hey this is really cool! It's true I was just showing him some of the lomo cameras on the internet, and considering getting one- they are such fun little cameras... I'm so excited you think so too. The pictures you photoshopped to recreate the lomo effect are awesome. Love it.
