Beach Break

Having a wonderful time at the beach! Highlights thus far:

* Seeing the ocean from our living room.

* Riding waves in the Atlantic.

* Finding small jellyfish-looking clear discs on the shoreline and floating in the ocean. Discovering they are in fact jellyfish, but moon jellyfish and have already lost all of their tentacles before getting this close to the shore. Having a moon jellyfish afternoon attack: kids vs. parents.

* Having dinner with my mom's old college friend Denise. Laughing all night because Denise has an awesome personality, fits in great with the Chupp clan, and because in the dim lit restaurant an old Hawaiian man sang "Moon River" followed by "New York, New York" (followed by other rousing tunes).

* Finding out that "Ka" is a word and using every last letter in a game of Scrabble-which I won:)

We're heading over to Clearwater tomorrow to get into the bath water known as the bay and visit with Bryan. Might see parasailing in our future.
Time to hit the courts...game of tennis scheduled for tonight:)
Hope to be home and playing at church on Sunday,
erin and family
