Cheers to 51 Years!


My mom turns 51 tomorrow! I grabbed the latest issue of Bon Appetit and in it I found an exciting recipe for Key Lime Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting-couldn't think of a better time to try them out!
Verdict: They are delicious! Both the cake and the frosting include lime zest, but when you bite into one you'll think green zing! The recipe is from Buttersweet Bakery in Atlanta and located here. Tip: Add probably twice the food coloring the recipe calls for.
Carly, I used your coffee mug...it matched the cupcakes:)
